Our mission is to protect this natural resource by working closely with harvesters who act as stewards to the land by using sustainable, low impact harvesting practices which ensure happy trees for healthy truffle harvests. We inspect and judge each truffle, by hand and nose, for maturity and quality before they enter our inventory to be ripened, thus assuring world class Oregon Truffles for our customers to serve at their world class tables.
